Abstract
Globalization, changing consumer and investor needs, and increased product market rivalry in microfinance institutions such as cooperatives are all signs of rapid change in the economic environment. Human resources created by cooperatives are a microfinance institution’s most valuable asset. Recognizing that the basis of competitive advantage has changed, it is critical to develop a new frame of reference to consider management issues and its human resource strategy in innovating. This article used a qualitative approach to analyze strategies in innovation-based HR development using the SWOT model, which is a decision-supporting model for evaluating strategic priorities by outlining alternative strategies. The research revealed that the proposed approach was a WO strategy, which entailed minimizing weaknesses in order to maximize opportunities in the development of microfinance organizations.

Traditional Market Management Model Based on Digital Marketing

Abstract
The goal of this study was to see how traditional market management based on digital marketing is done in Medan. This study also looked at how the factual model worked at a typical market in Medan City. Researchers also intended to examine the conceptual model and the performance of marketing management models in conventional market centers in Medan City using digital marketing..The research and development (R&D) approach was applied in this study. The conceptual model, theoretical model, hypothetical model, and final model were all stages of the development model in this study. The process of building a.. traditional market management model based on digital marketing was divided into three groups of activities: (1) preliminary investigations (pre-development), (2) model development, and (3) testing are all steps in the development process (model application). The data gathering strategies used in this study were qualitative and quantitative research approaches. Observations, interviews, and document studies were used to collect qualitative data. Meanwhile, a questionnaire was provided to 65 vendors in 6 Traditional Market Centers in Medan City to collect quantitative data. Based on the outcomes of research conducted in six (six) traditional market centers in Medan City, it may be inferred (1) Traders have used social media platforms to communicate with their clients, according to factual model studies based on interviews and observations in 6 (six) traditional market places in Medan City.The utilization of digital platforms, on the other hand, is inefficient because it fails to capture the attention of consumers. Traders will need to be original and creative in order to capture clients’ attention through digital marketing in this situation. (2) It can be concluded, based on a study of a digital marketingbased traditional market management conceptual model conducted in 6 (six) traditional market centers in Medan City, that digital marketing-based traditional market marketing management in Medan City tends to be in the category “Not enough.” It suggests that significant changes are needed to increase and improve the accuracy of traditional market marketing management based on digital marketing. (3) It may be decided that the digital marketing-based traditional market management model is “Enough” based on the effectiveness of the digital marketing-based traditional market management model in 6 (six) traditional market centers surrounding Medan. This implies that each indicator met or exceeded expectations, and that the trend will “be even better” if it continues..

Application of Source Management and Human Values based on Religious Values at Bank Syariah Indonesia

Abstract
Human resources are the greatest force in the processing of all creatures on earth. Therefore, these existing resources must be managed properly because it is a mandate that will be held accountable in the future. To get good management, of course, knowledge is needed to support the empowerment and optimization of the benefits of existing resources. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of MSDM to Bank Syariah Indonesia, whether it is in accordance with religious values i, by looking at the management practices carried out by Bank Syariah MandiriMandiriIndonesia Office. This research uses a qualitative method where data collection is carried out by interviews and observations in more depth during a certain period so as to be able to explore and get further information about the application of MSDM based on religiousvalues. The object of this study is a bank that is engaged with the Sharia system, namely BSI. Then the subjects in this study are employees at BSI who have served for more than 1 year and are permanent employees. The results obtained state that broadly speaking religious values i remained considered and applied in msdm practice inBSI. The Religious Aspect i demonstrated by including several criteria, tests, or materials in some management practices. Then the spirituality side is also seen from the participation of employees in several religious activities held, this reflects the religious side of a person.

ANALISIS PENGARUH NPL, CAR, BOPO DAN IRR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN KINERJA KEUANGAN BANK YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2011-2015

Abstract
This study aims to determine whether NPL, CAR, BOPO, and IRR affect the growth of financial performance of banks listed on the IDX, either partially or simultaneusly. This research method is multiple linear regression. The banking company studied was a foreign exchange National Private Commercial Bank (BUSN) listed of the Indonesia Stock Exchanges (BEI). This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, namely www.idx.co.id using a sample of 16 companies from a population of 23 banking companies during the 2011-2015 period. From the research results obtained multiple linier regression equation Y = 0.995 + 0.002NPL-0.008BOPO-0.025CAR+ 0.009IRR. The results of this study indicate that partially the IRR variable has an effect on ROA, while the NPL, CAR and BOPO variables have no effect on ROA while simultaneously NPL, CAR, BOPO, and IRR have an effect on ROA. The value of R = 0.716, meaning that the relationship between the variables NPL, OEOI, CAR and IRR on ROA is 71.6% or in other words the relationship between variables is strong. Meanwhile, the value of Adjusted R ^ 2 is 0.487 or 48.7%, which means that the effect of NPL, CAR, BOPO and IRR on Return on Assets (ROA) is 48.7%. While the remaining 51.3% is influenced by other variables which are not used in this study.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah NPL, CAR, BOPO, dan IRR berpengaruh Terhadap Pertumbuhan Kinerja Keuangan Bank yang terdaftar di BEI baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Perusahaan perbankan yang diteliti adalah Bank Umum Swasta Nasional (BUSN) devisa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu www.idx.co.id dengan menggunakan sampel 16 perusahaan dari populasi sebanyak 23 perusahaan perbankan selama periode 2011-2015. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi liner berganda Y = 0,995 + 0,002NPL– 0,008BOPO- 0,025CAR + 0.009IRR. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel IRR berpengaruh terhadap ROA sedangkan variabel NPL, CAR dan BOPO tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA 52 sedangkan secara simultan NPL, CAR, BOPO, dan IRR berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Nilai R = 0.716, artinya hubungan antara variabel NPL, BOPO, CAR dan IRR terhadap ROA sebesar 71,6 % atau dengan kata lain hubungan antar variabel kuat. Sedangkan besarnya nilai Adjusted ?2 adalah 0,487 atau sebesar 48.7% artinya pengaruh NPL,CAR,BOPO dan IRR terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) adalah 48.7%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51.3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Analysis of Banking Performance in The Aftermath of The Merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Covid 19

Abstract
This study aims to determine sharia banking performance after the merger of Sharia Banks and Covid 19 pendemi by looking at the influence of NPF, FDR, BOPO, and CAR financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks in the Period 2011-2020. This research uses quantitative research method with population in this research is all sharia commercial banks in Indonesia period 2011-2020. Data collection is done by library method from journal, article, or literature related to the required data, and documentation method of sharia commercial bank implementation report in question as well as data from OJK website. The research method used is a statistical descriptive test, descriptive test by analyzing ROA through ROA implementation report using content analysis method, classic assumption test, some regression test. Results show that the variables NPF, FDR, BOPO, and CAR are simultaneously financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020. Simultaneously, the variables of NPF, FDR, BOPO and CAR have a significant impact on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020. Based on the amount adjusted R2 is 0.979 which means that 97.9% of financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks is influenced by independent variables, while 02.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Car partially had an insignificant positive effect on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020. Partially, NPF has an insignificant positive effect on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020. Partially BOPO has a significant negative effect on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020. Partially, FDR has an insignificant positive effect on the financial performance (ROA) of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in the period 2011-2020.

Abstract
Indonesian Sharia Bank is a company engaged in services whose business activities accept money deposits, lend money, and remittance services, but the system of activities is based on Islamic law as stipulated in the Qur‟an and Hadith. As a service provider, Sharia banking must be able to satisfy customers and provide quality services. With optimal service quality, it is expected that the party that provides banking services will be able to meet the expectations of its customers, able to win competition that will eventually earn maximum profit. The quality of service is any action or activity that can be offered by a party to another party, which is fundamentally intangible and does not result in any ownership. The result of good quality of service is the result of a comparison between expectations and services in real terms received by consumers. This study aims to analyze the quality of service and customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia by using the Servqual method. This study uses six independent variables namely compliance, assurance, reliability, tangible, emphaty, and responsiveness with one dependent variable that is customer satisfaction. After conducting a review of libraries and fields and the preparation of hypotheses, the data in this study was collected through the dissemination of questionnaires to 94 customers at the time of conducting transactions at Syariah Indonesia Banking as a research sample. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, and the technique used to determine the sample is by using slovin formula. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely validity and reliability test, kolmogorov smirnov normality test, paired sample t-test hypothesis test, and gap analysis. Based on the data analysis, the results showed that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable.

Economic growth is a development in economic activity that causes goods and services produced in society to increase from one period to another. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment on economic growth, to analyze the effect of the Islamic capital market on economic growth. Based on the results of the regression test, it is known that the investment variable has a positive and insignificant contribution to economic growth in Indonesia. Islamic capital market variables have a positive and insignificant contribution to economic growth in Indonesia. And when a scaling test was carried out together, the investment variable, the market for Islamic capital, had a positive and insignificant contribution to Indonesia’s economic growth.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMP Yayasan Perguruan Letjen S.Parman. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Memiliki Pengaruh tehadap Kinerja Guru pada SMP Yayasan Perguruan Letjen S.Parman Medan”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMP Yayasan Perguruan Letjen S.parman Medan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah “Ada Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SMP Yayasan Perguruan Letjen S.Parman Medan”. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 25 orang guru. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel independen yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan dan variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Guru. Instrumen penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti dengan memberikan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran skala Likert 1 sampai 5. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi : Metode Deskriptif, Metode Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Hipotesis atau Uji-t, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan metode analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dapat dituliskan persamaan regresinya Y = 27,437 + 0,406X. Dari hasil analisi data dilihat bahwa thitung > ttabel dimana thitung adalah sebesar 5,458 dan ttabel adalah sebesar 2,069. Hasil uji-t diperoleh sig = 0,000 < a=5% sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan demikian Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,569 hal ini berarti 56,9% Gaya Kepemimpinan dapat dijelaskan Kinerja Guru sisanya 43,1% yang dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Karena semua variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan
pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan maka diharapkan bagi kepala sekolah SMP Yayasan Perguruan Letjen S.Parman untuk membuat kebijakan sekolah yang bisa mempertahankan indikator-indikator dari gaya kepemimpinan yang sudah ada sekarang dan diharapkan di masa mendatang lebih ditingkatkan lagi dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru agar lebih baik lagi.

ABSTRACT
Experts are still debating if strategic human resource (HR) management practices from a business perspective in the period of economic recovery after the disruption of the COVID19 pandemic is necessary or not. Such a debate is essential to bring businesses to earn both profit and sustainability. The benefits we mean are not only for the company, employees but also for consumers and even the social environment in which the business is run. To prove business experts’ debate, we have conducted several stages of searching for data and information from credible sources, including reviewing publications on business practices supported by good HR governance, observation, and other online information. After the data was collected, it was continued by determining the research problem; then, a literature review was carried out. We analyzed case studies with keyword searches to obtain relevant information, critically evaluate and synthesize, identify topics, determine organizational formats and writing formats with ethical considerations, and find relevant information on the relevance of deep interpretations to meet validity and reliability critically. That way, we can see these findings are relevant to the formulation of the paper’s theme. After considering all the data we have, we can summarize the findings as follows: determination of the main objectives of the company, reviewing the human resources that are owned, considering HR capabilities, estimating the HR needed by the company, ensure sufficient infrastructure to complete tasks, determining the HR governance strategy, and evaluating the company’s corrective actions. Thus these findings will be useful for many parties and the need for further studies.

KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH PT. JASA RAHARJA MEDAN

Abstrak
Permasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah ;Bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT. Jasa Raharja; Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif. Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana yang menghasilkan output uji t. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 20.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Nilai regresi yang diporela adalah Y = 6.775 + 0,681X, diartikan bahwa kepuasan nasabah akan bernilai 6,775 saat kualitas pelayanan nilainya adalah 0 dan 0,681 menyatakan bahwa kenaikan satu satuan kualitas pelayanan akan meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah 0,681 dan nilaithitung>9.295ttabel>1.996) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Berdasarkan Uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh R diperoleh besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 0,542 atau sebesar 5,42%.

Abstak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Medan. objek penelitian dibatasi hanya terhadap variabel budaya organisasi dan promosi jabatan sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 72 Responden. Metode Analisis yang dipakai yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda yang mana konstanta sebesar 0,876 yang artinya menunjukkan bahwa jika variabel budaya organisasi dan promosi jabatan dianggap konstan maka tingkat variabel kinerja karyawan nilainya positif yaitu sebesar 0.876. Sedangkan hasil koefisien korelasi X1 sebesar 0.248 yang artinya jika budaya organisasi mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0.248 dan koefisien X2 sebesar 0.851 yang artinya jika variabel promosi jabatan mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar sebesar 0.851, ketiga variabel ini saling memiliki hubungan keterikatan yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan serta memiliki nilai signifikannya adalah 0,000< dari 0,005.

Abstract
Work Discipline is an important thing for the success of every organization, both in government and private organizations / agencies. An organization or government agency will succeed in achieving its goals whenever any individual or employee implements discipline in work. Thus the performance of each member or employee will increase as well as the increased performance of the organization. Likewise with the Office of Ajendam I / BB in Medan. The theory used in this research is the theory relating to human resource management, especially the theory that concerns the discipline of work and performance of employees, both quantitatively and qualitatively. This research was conducted in Ajendam I Bukit Barisan Medan, located at Jalan Gatot Subroto Km 7.6. Field. This research activity is planned to be conducted from May to July 2017. From the discussion that was conducted in accordance with the topic and the subject matter, and the data analysis conducted, it was found that in general by linear regression with Y = 7,541 + 0, 413X by determination which 84,8%, the work discipline had a significant effect on the performance of the employees at Ajendam I Office Bukit Barisan Medan, where t arithmetic was 20.060 while t table 1.984 at = 5%. From the results obtained suggested to the leadership of Ajendam I Bukit Barisan Medan in order to maintain and further improve and foster the discipline of work at the institution, in order to achieve improved overall performance of employees in accordance with expectations.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan II Medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada lingkup PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan II Medan. Sampel diambil adalah sebanyak 30 Responden dan metode analisis yang dipakai adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dimana konstanta sebesar 6,541 yang artinya menunjukkan bahwa jika variabel konstanta maka tingkat variabel kinerja karyawan nilainya positif yaitu sebesar 0,771 yang artinya jika keselamatan kerja mengalami kenaikan sebesar 1 persen maka kinerja karyawan akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,771, kedua variabel ini saling memiliki hubungan keterikatan yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan serta memiliki nilai signifikannya adalah 0,000 < dari 0,005. Hasil analisis Uji t menghasilkan nilai tHitung adalah sebesar 7,366 lebih besar dari nilai tTabel sebesar 2,763, artinya variabel keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PDAM TIRTANADI CABANG PADANG BULAN MEDAN

Abstrak
Pelatihan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan perusahaan untuk memperbaiki dan mengembangkan sikap, tingkah laku, keterampilan serta pengetahuan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan. Pelatihan memberi pengaruh terhadap kemampuan para karyawan yang akan dikembangkan serta dapat memberikan semangat serta membina karyawan agar mampu untuk bekerja mandiri dan dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri karyawan sehingga prestasi kerjanya meningkat. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Padang Bulan Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis Regresi Sederhana dimana Y=5,725+0,727X dan pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS 23. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Padang Bulan Medan dilihat dari Uji parsial (t) diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (7,104> 2,035 ) maka Ho ditolak,dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Diketahui nilai koefisien determinasi ( R2 ) sebesar 0,577 artinya persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel Pelatihan terhadap Prestasi Kerja sebesar 57,7% dan sisanya sebesar 42,3% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Dengan adanya program pelatihan ini karyawan juga mampu mengembangkan kemampuannya dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja yang lebih baik lagi. Disarankan kepada PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Padang Bulan Medan untuk memperhatikan dan meningkatkan lagi Pelatihan agar Prestasi kerja tetap meningkat.

Abstrak
Penerapan Kepemimpinan yang tepat adalah suatu hal yang penting untuk keberhasilan setiap organisasi, baik di pemerintahan maupun organisasi/instansi swasta. Seorang pemimpin adalah mereka yang memimpin dengan mengerjakan pekerjaan setiap hari. Berbagai gaya kepemimpinan terlahir dari perkembangan teori kepemimpinan yang kesemuanya bermuara pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi/instansi sebagaimana telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Kepemimpinan yang tepat dalam suatu organisasi akan mengantarkan organisasi itu mencapai tujuan dengan efektif dan efisien. Dari hasil pengolahan data terhadap data yuang didapat dari lapangan maka diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 2,181 + 0,713X. Dari pembahasan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan topik dan pokok permasalahan, dan dari analisis data yang dilakukan didapati bahwa secara umum kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo, dimana t hitung sebesar 14,187 sedangkan t table 1,983 pada a = 5%. dengan keofisien determinasi sebesar 77% Dari hasil yang diperoleh disarankan disarankan kepada pimpinan Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo agar meningkatkan kepemimpinan dalam memimpim instansi tersebut karena ternyata hal tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai,demi tercapainya visi dan misi instansi ntersebut.

PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN CABANG MEDAN

Abstrak
Suatu perusahaan yang memiliki tanggung jawab besar terhadap masyarakat harus mampu memberikan pelayanan prima untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan di awal. Tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai dengan maksimal apabila didukung oleh prosedur dan metode kerja, mampu mengefisienkan waktu, tenaga, dan biaya yang dikeluarkan, dan juga tidak terlepas dari kualitas sumber daya yang ada pada organisasi. Hendaknya organisasi harus mampu meningkatkan kualitas organisasi baik peningkatan sistem informasi manajemen maupun kinerja dari setiap sumber daya manusianya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian kausioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan. dengan sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dari seluruh jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang dengan penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji instrument seperti uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara sistem informasi manajemen terhadap kinerja pegawai apabila di lihat dari uji t dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (8,491 > 2,010 ) dengan taraf sig.0,05. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi dapat dilihat bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,530 atau sebesar 53% variabel kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel sistem informasi manajemen sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47% dipengaruhi oleh variabel.

Abstrak
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, the trade sector is currently faced with the problem of declining sales, difficulty in obtaining raw materials, impeded production and distribution, capital difficulties, lack of information technology knowledge and business network constraints. This study aims to determine the business management strategies of SMEs in Sumbawa Regency after the Covid-19 pandemic by referring to questions raised by Pedersen and Ritter (2020), namely: position, plan, perspective, project, and prepare. This type of research is descriptive, data collection methods using structured and gradual interviews. The number of respondents was 37 people. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explained that the post Covid-19 business management strategy for MSME entrepreneurs can provide improvement and development of good business sustainability by implementing management strengthening in the fields of marketing, human resources, finance and operations as strategic steps to create an efficient and effective business existence. The conclusion of this study is that SMEs are required to have good knowledge management and absorptive capacity to improve business performance. Furthermore, for future research, it is expected to study more sources and references, namely by adding variables and deeper analysis to obtain more complete research results by using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods.

Abstract
The objective of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of product quality perception on the image of Syariah Banking in Medan City; (2) the effect of trust on the image of Syariah Banking in Medan City; (3) the effect of customer value on the image of Syariah Banking in Medan City. The type of research used was quantitative research with a questionnaire distribution method. The questionnaire was distributed directly to the 90 customers’ banking. The analysis test calculations in this study were carried out using the assistance of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. From the discussion conducted in accordance with the topic and subject matter, as well as data analysis, the results obtained in the form of regression are as follow: Y = 0.747 + 0.145X1 + 0.663X2 + 0.188X3. With a determination of 0.974 or 97.4% the effect of product quality perception, trust and customer value on the image of Medan Syariah banking. This indicated that (1) The perception of product quality effected to the image of banks in Medan. Judging from the value of t observed perceptions of product quality = 3.085, we got t observed> t table or 3.085> 1.658 and probability 0.002 <0.05. (2) The trust effected the image of Syariah banking in Medan City. This can be seen from the value of t observed of trust = 9,823, then it was obtained t observed >t table or 9.823> 1.658 and the probability 0.00 banking in Medan City. This was seen from the value of the t observed of the customer value = 5.288, then it was obtained t observed> t table or 5.288> 1.658 and the probability 0,00 < 0,05.

Abstract
This research focused on the perception of customers on the Islamic banking products in Medan. The objectives that will be taken in this research are (1) how the effect of the ease of use of Sharia banking products on the customer’s decision in choosing sharia banking products and (2) how the quality of sharia banking products affects the customer’s decision in choosing Sharia banking products. The method used in this research was questionnaires with Likert measurement scale. This questionnaire will be distributed to 90 sharia banking customers spread across Medan. Data analysis techniques in this research was using: T Test (Partial), F Test (In unison), and Determination Coefficient Test (R-Square/R2). The calculation of analysis tests in this research was conducted using the help of statistical package for social science (SPSS) program. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the average value (mean) on purchase decisions scored 18.18, it was at intervals of 16.67 – 20.00 thus the majority of purchase decisions on sharia banking products in Medan were 18.18 and had good perception. The average value (mean) on ease of use scored 16.95, it was at intervals of 16.67 – 20.00 thus the majority of ease of use in Sharia banking products in Medan was 16.95 and had good perception. The average value (mean) on product quality scored 17.31, it was at intervals of 16.67 – 20.00 thus the majority of the quality of products in Sharia banking products in Medan was 17.31 and had good perception.

Abstract
To achieve the goals that have been determined, organizations must be able to use the resources needed to get the waste of time, energy and thoughts can be minimized. This is where the role of the managers of human resources is needed to create a work atmosphere and environment that makes the workers work calmly and comfortably in their work and the implementation of good discipline work to influence more optimally in creating work productivity. After conducting research on the Environmental Effect of Working and Discipline on Employee Productivity at PT. Duta Marga Lestarindo Medan, it can be concluded: t score of 2.777 means the correlation between work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2) on employee work productivity variables (Y) of 2.777. F test value of 7.598 means that the variable has a strong correlation level. R Square value of 0.798. R value of 0.586 means the correlation between the variable Work Environment (X1) and Discipline (X2) on employee work productivity (Y) of 0.586. It means that variables have a strong correlation level. Based on the hypothesis testing if Fobserve> Ftable, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Associated with a positive and significant effect consisting of work environment variables (X1), and discipline discipline (X2) together a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Duta Marga Lestarindo Medan. The calculated score of the variable Work environment is 3.471 with a significant level of 0.002. The table score at α = 5%, with degrees of freedom (df) = (32-3) is 2.576 or by looking at the sig score 0.249 <0.05. Suggestions given to the leaders of PT. Duta Marga Lestarindo Medan to implement a good work environment and atmosphere and establish good discipline and regulation to increase work productivity

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of hala tourism promotion in the city of Medan on tourist interest in the city of Medan. The samples used in this study were 100 domestic and foreign tourists in 2020. The research objects studied were Mesjid Raya Medan, Maimun Palace, Rahmat International Wildlife & Gallery and Tjong A Fie’s House. The type of research used is quantitative research with the questionnaire method of distributing (questionnaire). The calculation of the analysis test in this study was carried out using the assistance of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. Based on the research results, there is an effect of halal tourism promotion on tourist interest in the city of Medan. This is indicated by the value of tcount (7.366)> ttable 2.763, meaning that if the promotion is increased, the interest of tourists will increase.

ABSTRACT:
This study aims to determine how much influence the exchange rate, inflation, for the results of partial and simultaneous influence on the development of the assets of islamic banks in Indonesia. This study using the technique of regression analysis of panel data, i.e. using data pooling cross section and time series, where this research was conducted by using test specifications model common effect and fixed effect using the test chow test and hausman. The population and sample of this research is financial statement quarter 10 sharia commercial banks and sharia business units that exist in Indonesia. The Model chosen in this study is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results showed that the partial variable exchange rate and inflation have a positive but not significant to the development of the assets of islamic banks, while the variable for the result and significant positive effect on the development of the assets of islamic banks. While simultaneously the variables of exchange rate, inflation, and for the results and significant positive effect on the growth of assets of islamic banks.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Leadership Style and Organizational Influence on Employee Performance with The Work Environment As Intervening Variables. The samples used in this study amounted to 47 employees of PT. Bank Sumut Binjai Branch. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires about Leadership Style, Organizational Change, Employee Performance and Work Environment by distributing to 47 employees who had been respondents. Data analysis using Path Analysis (A combined model between multiple regression and intervening models). The results showed a direct influence of Leadership Style (X1) affecting Employee Performance (Y) by 0.337 or 34%. Organizational Change (X2) affects Employee Performance (Y) by 0.467 or 47%. Leadership Style (X1) affects the Work Environment (Z) by 0.289 or 29%. Organizational Change (X2) affects the Work Environment (Z) by 0.331 or 33%. Employee Performance (Y) affects the Work Environment (Z) by 0.454 or 45%. This research also showed the indirect influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance Through Work Environment by 0.152 or by 15%. And the indirect influence of Organizational Changes on Employee Performance through the Work Environment is 0.212 or 21%.
