This study aims to offer a tourism solution amidst the global pandemic of COVID-19 as well as to introduce a variety of tourism choices located in southern part of West Java province, Indonesia through a digital platform. The digital platform is created using a combination of Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks which is later called Velniter. A development method utilizing a prototype model SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) consisting of basic need identification, early prototype development, prototype review, and prototype evaluation was employed. This study is able to create a digital platform namely “Pelesir” using such a method. Users of the platform are able to enjoy a variety of tourism types in southern West Java virtually. They are also given information about a tourism destination they are visiting such as gifts, location coordinates, location routes integrated with Google Maps, and brief descriptions. The use of Velniter framework which is a combination of Lravel and CodeIgniter is able to give easier access to develop such a digital platform and provide good security.

The purpose of this article is to propose a framework for regional inequality in the Southern part of West Java, Indonesia. There are two methods adapted, namely the Ishikawa Diagram (ID) and the Sociotechnical Method (StM) which are generally used in engineering studies. In this study we apply them in analysing social problems that cause regional inequality in the southern part of West Java, Indonesia. These two interdisciplinary approaches resulted in the framework that we propose. The main novelty of ID-StM compared to the Ishikawa Diagram and Sociotechnical Method which are applied separately, is that the framework that we developed from the two methods allows it to be applied interdisciplinary, both in technical studies and social studies, especially in overcoming development inequality in the southern West Java region. The ID-StM framework is expected to assist further studies. The indicators of research problems in the framework that we found are more detailed than the results of previous studies. Meanwhile, for policy holders, the ID-StM Framework can be used as material for consideration in formulating development plans to minimize regional inequality in the southern part of West Java, Indonesia, and also in other areas

ABSTRACT. This study analyzes regional structuring policies with the formation of candidates for the New Autonomous Region (DOB) in West Java Province. The territorial arrangement is considered important to improve public services, increase welfare, equitable development, and bring the span of control closer. There are currently 27 district and city governments in West Java Province that are considered unequal to serve 49.94 million inhabitants (2020). Several problems and the imbalance between the number of regions and the population (1: 1.85 million) require policy formulation. The method used in this study is the tailor-made method. Collecting data using participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Although the conclusions of this study are still preliminary findings (new paradigm), based on the tailor-made method that we use (Lee, 2006; Milotay, 2016; Pawson & Wong, 2013; Rohmadin et al., 2017) it is hoped that it can be a major consideration in the formulation of regional structuring policies in West Java. The implication of this research is that the interests (aspirations) of the community are channel (bottom-up) and the executive and legislature in West Java Province, and the center (top-down are also actively involved so that regional planning is beneficial for improving the quality of public services and sustainable regional development. The results showed that the formulation of regional structuring policies to realize increased public services, welfare, equitable development, and control and consideration of rapid population growth is urgently needed by the West Java Provincial Government. Considering the population growth rate of 1.39% per year, the policy formulation that we recommend is to organize 27 existing regions and form 26 new autonomous regions. Until 2030, West Java Province has at least 53 regencies/cities, while in 2045 at least 65 regencies/cities.

Policy Reformulation Action-Cycle Framework (PRACYF): A Case

Decentralization and regional autonomy (DRA) policies have been implemented in Indonesia for 25 years. However, regional independence is still very low in 33 regions/cities in North Sumatra (North Sumatra) because the local revenue (PAD) is much smaller than the regional income and expenditure budget (APBD). The aim of this study is to analyze this phenomenon and find a conceptual framework for reformulating DRA policies. The research method uses mixed methods. The results of the analysis show that 88.49% of the regions are still dependent on transfer funds from the central government, so the nature of autonomy, namely the independence of autonomous regions, is still far from expectations. In the long run, it is important to reformulate policies through the Policy Reformulation Action-Cycle Framework (PRACYF). Theoretically, PRACYF has conceptual implications for the development of public policy and DRA, while in practice it can have implications for increasing the independence of autonomous regions and the welfare of the people in the regions.

Kebijakan desentralisasi dan otonomi daerah (DRA) telah diterapkan di Indonesia selama 25 tahun. Namun, kemandirian daerah masih sangat rendah di 33 daerah/kota di Sumatera Utara (Sumut) karena pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) jauh lebih kecil daripada anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah (APBD). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis fenomena tersebut dan menemukan kerangka konseptual untuk merumuskan kembali kebijakan DRA. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode campuran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa daerah masih 88,49% bergantung pada dana transfer pemerintah pusat, sehingga hakikat otonomi, yakni kemandirian daerah otonom masih jauh dari harapan. Dalam jangka panjang, penting dilakukannya reformulasi kebijakan melalui Policy Reformulation Action-Cycle Framework (PRACYF). Secara teoritis, PRACYF berimplikasi pada pengembangan konseptual kebijakan publik dan DRA, sedangkan dalam praktiknya dapat berimplikasi pada peningkatan kemandirian daerah otonom dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di daerah.

Social Policy in the Implementation of Concurrent Government Affairs in the 
Nias Archipelago Area, Indonesia

The implementation of social policies for Concurrent Government Affairs in the Nias Archipelago Area, Sumatera Utara Province, is still experiencing inequality, especially from the aspect of budget allocation. This article aims to analyze these problems, using a qualitative descriptive method, data sourced from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (2022). We use data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) out of 33 regencies/cities in Sumatera Utara Province, 5 regencies/cities in the Nias Archipelago Area, namely Nias Regency, Nias Selatan Regency, Nias Utara Regency, Nias Barat Regency, and Gunungsitoli City experienced significant imbalances in budget extreme allocations with 28 non-island (mainland) regions and below the provincial average. The lack of social policies will have a significant effect on the implementation of Optional Concurrent Government Affairs in the archipelago; and (2) Conceptually, it is important to pay attention to the principles of accountability, efficiency, externality, and national strategic interests in treating archipelagic areas through increased transfer funds – including the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) – as specifically regulated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Local Government. It is hoped that the novelty of this research can become material for evaluating policies of the central and provincial governments. This research can have implications for accelerating development, especially in island areas.

Implementasi kebijakan sosial urusan pemerintahan konkuren di Daerah Kepulauan Nias, Provinsi Sumatera Utara masih mengalami ketimpangan, terutama dari aspek alokasi anggaran. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis masalah tersebut, menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data dari Kementrian Keuangan Republik Indonesia (2022). Kami menggunakan teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) dari 33 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, 5 kabupaten/kota yang ada di daerah Kepulauan Nias, yakni Kabupaten Nias, Kabupaten Nias Selatan, Kabupaten Nias Utara, Kabupaten Nias Barat, dan Kota Gunungsitoli mengalami ketimpangan alokasi anggaran yang ekstrim dengan 28 daerah non-kepulauan (daratan) dan berada di bawah rata-rata provinsi. Kebijakan sosial untuk daerah kepulauan tersebut sangat berpengaruh nyata terhadap pelaksanaan urusan pemerintah konkuren pilihan sebagai daerah kepulauan; dan (2) Secara konseptual, ketimpangan tersebut penting memperhatikan prinsip akuntabilitas, efisiensi, eksternalitas, dan kepentingan strategis nasional dalam memperlakukan daerah kepulauan melalui peningkatan dana transfer – termasuk Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Alokasi Khsusus (DAK) sebagaimana telah diatur secara khusus dalam Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Novelty tersebut diharapkan menjadi bahan evaluasi kebijakan pemerintah pusat dan provinsi. Penelitian ini dapat berimplikasi pada percepatan pembangunan, terutama di daerah kepulauan.

Impact evaluation is to determine the impact of policy implementation that has been carried out by policy implementers. According to Patton, Sawicki, Clark, the method that can be used to measure the success of the performance of the impact of the policy is before and after comparison. This research uses a literature study method through analysis of data obtained from BPS, Ministry of PUPR, and Ministry of Finance. The results show that the impact of road infrastructure development policies has not been in accordance with the national development mission. Before the government increased the budget for infrastructure improvements in 2010-2014, the number of high school students who did not continue their studies to higher education at that time was 39.06%).

Abstract :
In this study, a mapping of the potential for agribusiness in the southern part of West Java was carried out, which serves as a policy material and business development in developing local potential in the agribusiness sector to improve local communities’ welfare. West Java Provincial Regulation Number 12 of 2014 divides the Southern part of West Java into three Growth Center (PP) zones, namely PP Palabuhanratu, PP Rancabuaya, and PP Pangandaran. The agribusiness potential of South West Java is dynamic and varied. However, it has not been developed optimally to improve local communities’ welfare, which is generally scattered in underdeveloped villages. The government and developers (entrepreneurs) have difficulty obtaining digital data updates. The purpose of this research is to map the regional potential in the field of agribusiness in the form of digital data to facilitate the development of agribusiness potential in coastal areas located on the shores of the Indian Ocean (Indonesian Ocean). The research method uses Geographical Information Systems. The results showed that the potential and variants of agribusiness in PP Palabuhanratu are spread across 5 districts. In PP Rancabuaya spread into 5 districts. Meanwhile, PP Pangandaran is spread over 5 districts. This research can be used as policy materials and business development in developing local potential in the agribusiness sector to improve the welfare of the people of West Java.

This research is motivated by the importance of skill assessment in pharmacy physics laboratory learning. In general, laboratory skills assessments do not have a specific standard for each assessment. When students perform their performance and skills in doing practicum, they are not well observed and measured. An alternative assessment that can measure a pharmacy physics laboratory’s skill is to use a performance assessment. This study aims to design a digital performance assessment application that can be used to assess student laboratory skills. The development of a digital performance assessment application uses the Waterfall Model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, which consists of the main stages of needs analysis, system and software design, system implementation and testing, and maintenance. The digital performance assessment design generally consists of an assessment instrument database and a user interface. Lecturers, as experts, are tasked with making assessment instruments. Meanwhile, the user interface is used by laboratory assistants/instructors to provide skill scores during student practicum. This application is then integrated with the existing web-based electronic module (e-mulsi). In the end, students can see the overall practicum score. The design of a digital performance assessment application is an alternative in a learning assessment platform that is more interesting, actual, and able to present real-time information on practicum learning in the laboratory. Policymakers are expected to consider integrating the use of these applicat ions into a practical learning curriculum.

ServQual and WebQual 4.0 for usability check academic

This study aims to determine the level, correlation, and influence of the usability of academic information system services using the ServQual and WebQual 4.0 methods. The research method used is qualitative-qualitative and data collection through a survey verification consisting of 20 statements. The questionnaire statement uses a Likert scale with 100 student respondents as the main users. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling technique. Then, the data analysis in this study uses path analysis. The results showed that ServQual was at an average score of 2.60, WebQual 4.0 was at an average score of 2.59, and the average score for the User Satisfaction variable was at 2.66. Academic information system improvement will have a major effect on User Satisfaction. This is by the results of the verification analysis which shows that ServQual (X1) and WebQual 4.0 (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously on User Satisfaction (Y), with a total effect of 0.688 or 68.8%. External influence of 0.312 or 31.2%. Thus, the academic information system in small and medium-scale private universities needs to be improved on the WebQual 4.0 variable and can be added by ServQual improvements, and ServQual improvements can also be done without including WebQual 4.0.

The problem in this study is that the use of technology has not been optimal in developing village potentials associated with opportunities for village innovation programs. The problem arises because not all villages have the same capacity in aspects of the potential and capacity of village officials, so that in response to this policy the village innovation program is an alternative solution to the problem of inequality in capacity, resources, and so on. This study uses a dynamic model of village development and innovation to analyze technology-based village innovation governance in new autonomous regions. The method used is a qualitative method which relies on secondary data with descriptive data analysis techniques. The results show that the factors in the dynamic model of rural development and innovation are based on internal and external factors. Internal factors include human resources and knowledge, information and communication, community participation, leadership, local wisdom, local potential, experience, challenges and obstacles. External factors include legal umbrella, networking and cooperation, government support, as well as appreciation and incentives.

South Garut has tourism potential areas in Indonesia. However, the lack of government attention and information of the tourist area in South Garut resulted a lack of tourists coming. South Garut tourism will be more accessible by developing an information system that implements the Android system as a promotional medium to introduce tourist objects. This study is undertaken to design an Android-based BD-Print application to assist the development of the regional potential tourism sector in the Southern Garut. The BD-Print system development will use the System Development Life Cycle approach with the Waterfall method. This application has gone through several process such as planning, system analyzing, crafting, implementation, testing and development. Result of the experiment are: 1) The application programs created by using Android run well. 2) The features existed in the application program runs well as the main menu displays other menu options, login menu, tourism menu that displays some options of available tourist destinations, and mapping that displays the route from the current location to the location of the object destination tours. 3) This BD-Print application suits well as a reference for tourists that are going on a vacation without being accompany by tour guide.

An Analysis of Deixis in Owl City song’s

The objectives of this study are to identify the kinds of deixis that are used in the song lyrics Good Time, to find out the dominant types of deixis that are used in the song lyrics Good Time. This research belongs to qualitative research. The researcher uses observation method, while the data collection techiniques is listening and analyzing the songs of “Good Time” by Owl City. The result of this research is the song lyrics of Good Time you use two types of deixis. Person deixis almost occurs in every lyric of Good Time. There are 10 data of person deixis consisting of first, second 3 and third 8 for person deixis. In addition, the other types such as time deixis (4 data) and no data on place deixis in song Good Time. Most of personal deixis in Good Time song lyric refer to the speaker itself which are encoded by first singular person deixis like I and My. While for first plural person deixis which are We mostly refer to the speaker.

Penulisan artikel ini berdasarkan pengalaman penulis sebagai dosen/peneliti dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz dalam mata kuliah Vocabulary Building bagi mahasiswa Sastra inggris universitas Al-Ghifari. Mahasiswa membuat kuis berdasarkan materi-materi perkuliahan mata kuliah Vocabulary Building. Kuis yang telah dibuat kemudian diunggah ke laman/aplikasi Quizizz. Kemudian, mahasiswa akan mendapatkan tautan untuk mengikuti kuis tersebut. Tautan kuis tersebut dibagikan ke semua mahasiswa di kelas daring Vocabulary Building. Mahasiswa yang hadir di kelas daring mata kuliah Vocabulary Building diwajibkan untuk berpartisipasi dalam kuis tersebut. Setelah mengikuti kuis, dilakukan analisis mengenai kegiatan yang telah dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh untuk penelitian ini adalah melalui observasi partisipan dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara, terungkap berbagai respon ketika menggunakan aplikasi Quizziz yang bisa menjadi kendala dan solusi.

Lembga keuangan mikro merupakan salah satu instrumen penting dalam ekonomi masyarakat. Keuangan mikro dibutuhkan oleh sekelompok masyarakat kecil dan menengah baik untuk konsumsi maupun produksi serta investasi dengan prosedur yang sederhana dalam upaya mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah kebawah dan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah memberikan pemeparan bagaimana keberadaan lembaga keuangan mikro di Indonesia serta telaah terkait lembaga keuangan mikro dari perspektif Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2013 tentang lembaga keuangan mikro. Penyajian artikel ini terbagi menjadi empat bagian utama, (1) konsep dan definisi keuangan mikro, (2) sejarah perkembangan lembaga keuangan mikro di Indonesia, (3) lembaga keuangan mikro yang saat ini terdapat di Indonesia, dan (4) telaah terkait Undang-undang No. 1 Tahun 2013 tentang lembaga keuangan mikro. Dari hasil pembahasan terlihat bahwa begitu beragamnya jenis lembaga keuangan mikro di Indonesia yang berdasarkan heterogenitas masyarakat. Peraturan dan legalitas amat dibutuhkan untuk memperkuat peran lembaga ini. Pemaparan kajian tentang lembaga keuangan mikro di Indonesia diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan kita tentang peran lembaga ini dalam proses pembangunan dan konsep pengembangan di masa yang akan datang.

Microfinance institutions is one important instruments in the local economy. Microfinance is needed by community groups of small and medium both for consumption and production as well as investment with a simple procedure in an effort to encourage the empowerment of people, especially the income of middle and micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs). The aim of this article were describes this institution from the view of new regulation (Undang-undang nomor 1 tahun 2013 tentang lembaga keuangan mikro). The presentation of this article is divided into four main themes: (1) the concept and definition of microfinance, (2) the historical of microfinance institutions in Indonesia, (3) microfinance Institutions that currently exist in Indonesia, and (4) review of Undang-undang Nomor 1 tahun 2013 tentang lembaga keuangan mikro, the regulatin if microfinance institution in Indonesia. The results of this article discussion shows that wide variety types of the community. Regulations and legality is needed to strengthen the role of this instituton the study of Indonesia microfinance were expected to broaden our insights about the role of these institutions in the development process and the concept of future development.

Kebijakan pembangunan di Provinsi Jawa Barat antara lain menetapkan bahwa provinsi ini membagi empat kawasan pengembangan wilayah, yakni Jawa Barat Bagian Barat (JBBB), Jawa Barat Bagian Tengah (JBBT), Jawa Barat Bagian Utara (JBBU), dan Jawa Barat Bagian Selatan (JBBS). JBBB, JBBT, dan JBBU pada umumnya bercirikan perkotaan, sedangkan JBBS pada umumnya bercirikan perdesaan. Pengembangan wilayah di empat kawasan tersebut sudah memiliki berbagai kebijakan, baik kebijakan pemerintah pusat maupun kebijakan pemerintah daerah provinsi. Dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan kebijakan tersebut masih menyisakan berbagai masalah, di antaranya ketimpangan antara kawasan perkotaan dengan perdesaan, ketimpangan regional, dan ketimpangan lokal. Indeks pembangunan jalan dan jembatan di kawasan JBBS – misalnya – hanya 28,24%, sedangkan di JBBU 71,76%. Sebagai upaya meminimalisasi masalah tersebut, kami menawarkan tiga framework untuk pengembangan masing-masing PPW tersebut. Sebagai temuan (novelty), ketiga framework tersebut diharapkan menjadi bahan evaluasi kebijakan pemerintah pusat, provinsi, dan masing-masing kabupaten dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan yang sudah ditetapkan. Jika dianggap perlu, beberapa kebijakan tersebut perlu dilakukan reformulasi kebijakan. Faktor dampak (impact) kajian ini denarian dapat meminimalisasi ketimpangan regional dan ketimpangan lokal di kawasan JBBS.

The development policy in West Java Province, among others, stipulates that this province divides four regional development areas, namely West West Java (JBBB), Central West Java (JBBT), North West Java (JBBU), and Southern West Java (JBBS). ). JBBB, JBBT, and JBBU are generally characterized by urban areas, while JBBS are generally characterized by rural areas. Regional development in the four regions already has various policies, both central government policies and provincial government policies. In implementing these policies, there are still various problems, including inequality between urban and rural areas, regional inequality, and local inequality. The index of road and bridge construction in the JBBS area – for example – is only 28.24%, while in JBBU it is 71.76%. In an effort to minimize these problems, we offer three frameworks for the development of each PPW. As anovelty, the three frameworks are expected to be used as material for evaluating the policies of the central, provincial and district governments in implementing the policies that have been set. If deemed necessary, some of these policies need to be reformulated. The impact factor of.this study is that it can minimize regional and local inequality in the JBBS area

Along with the industrial revolution (IR) 4.0, digital diplomacy or e-diplomacy is a necessity. However, these studies are still not widely developed. This article attempts to explain it – albeit with a very limited scope – from a public policy perspective. By using descriptive-qualitative method, the data source of this study was obtained from literature study. The results of the study show that e-diplomacy 4.0 is one part of the discipline of international relations, especially soft power diplomacy. After entering the early phase of society 5.0, diplomacy study actors have the opportunity to be more open to combining the two. Thus, a new paradigm is needed as the development of a conceptual framework for the study of international relations that develops in a multidisciplinary manner. The contribution of this article is the Paradigm Conceptual Framework of E-Diplomacy 4.0 and Society 5.0 as an effort towards e-diplomacy policy formulation. Through this paradigm, it is hoped that it will have implications for policy formulation efforts – by the government as a public policy actor – so that the participation and innovation of public soft power diplomacy in the digital field is more developed.

Seiring dengan revolusi industri (IR) 4.0, diplomasi digital atau e-diplomasi merupakan keniscayaan. Namun, studi tersebut masih belum banyak yang mengembangkannya. Artikel ini berusaha menjelaskannya – meskipun dengan ruang lingkup yang sangat terbatas – dari perspektif kebijakan publik. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif, sumber data kajian ini diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa e-diplomasi 4.0 merupakan salah satu bagian dari disiplin ilmu hubungan internasional, khususnya soft power diplomacy. Setelah memasuki fase awal society 5.0, para aktor studi diplomasi berpeluang lebih terbuka untuk memadukan keduanya. Dengan demikian, diperlukan paradigma baru (new paradigm) sebagai pengembangan kerangka konseptual studi hubungan internasional yang berkembang secara multidisipliner. Kontribusi artikel ini adalah Paradigma Kerangka Konseptual E-Diplomacy 4.0 dan Society 5.0 sebagai upaya menuju formulasi kebijakan e-diplomacy. Melalui paradigma tersebut, diharapkan berimplikasi pada upaya formulasi kebijakan – oleh pemerintah sebagai aktor kebijakan publik – sehingga partisipasi dan inovasi soft power diplomacy publik di bidang digital lebih berkembang.

Perbincangan politik dan demokrasi seakan tidak pernah selesai. Semenjak founding fathers menorehkan sejarah kemerdekaan bangsa hingga kini, di era Reformasi, politik hukum dan demokratisasi masih tetap menjadi bahan perbincangan. Bahkan, kini, perbincangannya sudah sampai ke masyarakat luas yang dulunya tidak mau tahu dengan persoalan ini. Ini menunjukkan pencerdasan kehidupan politik masyarakat sudah semakin menguat. Karena itulah, kritik terhadap sistem Politik yang otoritarian di Indonesia sepanjang sejarah perjalanan bangsa menemukan momentumnya. Politik adalah sebuah kegiatan yang menyangkut proses pemahaman tentang negara dan masalah kenegaraan serta mempelajari negara beserta tugas-tugasnya. Saat ini politik merupakan sebuah fenomena yang sedang hangat diperbincangkan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Hampir semua acara ditelevisi sampai acara berbasis komedi pun membahas tentang politik itu sendiri.

Dinamika politik pada era modern ini merupakan sebuah persoalan yang kompleks. Banyak perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi yang menyebabkan seseorang memiliki sudut pandang tersendiri atau pemahaman tersendiri yang kuat, sehingga tidak bisa diubah oleh siapapun. Perbedaan ras, agama, serta perbedaan pandang akan politik pun sering tidak bisa berjalan dengan seiringan.

Paham yang dianut negara Indonesia adalah sebuah paham demokrasi. Paham demokrasi berlaku pada semua bidang yaitu bidang sosial budaya, bidang agama, bidang ekonomi termasuk bidang politik. Politik demokrasi adalah sebuah politik dimana didalamnya memberikan perlakuan yang sama serta sangat menghargai sebuah perbedaan baik pada kaum mayoritas maupun kaum minoritas.

One of the efforts taken by the company to improve morale is to meet the promotion appropriately, because when promotions are met then the employee will contribute optimum morale. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a promotion, the condition of employee morale and job promotion role in improving employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Branch Garut Retail.

The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Descriptive method used to determine the implementation of promotion and conditions of employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch of Garut Retail, the verification method used to determine the role of promotion in improving employee morale at the office of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch Retail Garut.

The method used is survey explanation. The process ofsampling carried out by random sampling technique. The sample size is 65 people. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and literature.

These results indicate that the promotion included in the category of good, as well as morale is also high. It is seen that the coefficient of determination variable X amounted to 16.56%, and the remaining 83.44% is the influence of other factors. Spearman Rank Correlation promotion variables play a role in improving employee morale with a yield of 0,407 and have a relationship and the variables that are significant.

This study aims to determine the role of the Wonderful Indonesia branding promotion at the Asean Tourism Forum (ATF) in improving tourism in Indonesia. The ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is regional cooperation that seeks to promote the ASEAN region as an international tourist destination.

The research method used is a qualitative method through literature reviews on official government documents, scientific articles, and news.

The results show that the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is a means or media for Indonesia to attract foreign investors to invest or invest in cooperation in developing tourism in Indonesia, as well as the Wonderful Indonesia branding promotion media to attract foreign tourists to tourist destinations in Indonesia. Indonesia. The Indonesian government takes advantage of ATF activities, namely the ASEAN Tourism Marketing Strategic (ATMS), TRAVEX, and the ATF award for the best destinations in ASEAN to boost the prestige of Indonesian tourism.

Implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan kesejahteraan sosial tentang penanganan fakir miskin dan anak jalanan memang menjadi hal yang sangat penting dan perlu diperhatikan oleh Pemerintah. Kebijakan seperti ini harus dijalankan dengan sebaik mungkin agar kemiskinan di Indonesia cepat berkurang. Kemiskinan merupakan suatu fenomena atau gejala sosial yang harus segera dipecahkan, salah satunya dengan program yang di buat oleh Pemerintah Pusat maupun Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten. Dan permasalahan timbul karena tidak sesuai antara kebijakan dengan yang terjadi di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan perlindungan fakir miskin dan pembinaan anak jalanan, lalu faktor-faktor penghambat dan upaya penyelesainnya. Hasil Penelitian ini diperloleh informasi bahwa dengan apa yang di rumuskan oleh para pembuat keputusan dengan para pelaku aturan tersebut tidak sinkron sehingga terjadi hambatan dan masalah. Kebijakan tersebut didasarkan kepada pemerintah menyadari akan manfaat yang akan diberikan oleh pihak kecamatan kepada sasaran kebijakan yaitu fakir miskin dan anak jalanan. Upaya yang diusahakan oleh pihak kecamatan terhalang oleh berbagai masalah seperti penegakan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bandung dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia, sehingga menyebabkan kebijakan tersebut tidak terealisasi dengan baik.

The implementation of social welfare implementation policies regarding the handling of the poor and street children has become very important and needs to be considered by the Government. Such policies must be implemented as well as possible so that poverty in Indonesia quickly decreases. Poverty is a social phenomenon or phenomenon that must be resolved immediately, one of which is a program created by the Central Government and the City / Regency Government. And problems arise because of incompatibility between policies and those that occur in the field. This study aims to determine the implementation of the policy to protect the poor and foster street children, then the inhibiting factors and efforts to solve them. The results of this study were obtained information that with what was formulated by the decision makers with the perpetrators of the rules are out of sync so that there are obstacles and problems. The policy is based on the government being aware of the benefits to be provided by the sub-district to the policy targets of the poor and street children. Efforts made by the sub-district are hindered by various problems such as the enforcement of the Bandung Regency Regional Regulation and the lack of human resources, causing the policy to not be realized properly
