Abstract
The Impact of Educational Reform in the 21st Century. The ongoing educational reform is to restore the role of education because everyone should not miss episodes of the education system that can elevate the high and noble dignity of life. With the will of various parties will certainly be able to realize the ideals and hopes of human life. Those expectations include; In politics, reform, which is believed to be rolling in the desired direction, not only stops reform but also continues these ideals and hopes. To advance the concept of education in Indonesia, several changes must be made, such as: 1) revamping the concept of conventional education; 2) Understanding education as an important part of efforts to create change for the better management of the life of the nation and state; 3) Creating education that can adapt to the changing nature of globalization; 4) Responding positively to the current globalization changes and then directing them to the concept of sustainable management, and 5) Creating the concept of sustainable education.

Abstract
Dampak Reformasi Pendidikan di Abad 21. Reformasi pendidikan yang sedang berlangsung adalah mengembalikan peran pendidikan karena setiap orang tidak boleh melewatkan episode-episode sistem pendidikan yang dapat mengangkat harkat dan martabat kehidupan yang tinggi dan agung. Dengan kemauan berbagai pihak tentunya akan mampu mewujudkan cita-cita dan harapan hidup manusia. Harapan itu meliputi; politik, reformasi, yang diyakini akan bergulir ke arah yang diinginkan, tidak hanya menghentikan reformasi tetapi juga melanjutkan cita-cita dan harapan tersebut. Untuk memajukan konsep pendidikan di Indonesia, beberapa perubahan harus dilakukan, seperti: 1) pembenahan konsep pendidikan konvensional; 2) Memahami pendidikan sebagai bagian penting dari upaya menciptakan perubahan untuk pengelolaan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara yang lebih baik; 3) Menciptakan pendidikan yang dapat menyesuaikan dengan perubahan sifat globalisasi; 4) Merespon perubahan globalisasi yang terjadi saat ini secara positif dan selanjutnya mengarahkannya pada konsep pengelolaan berkelanjutan (sustainability management), dan 5) Menciptakan konsep pendidikan berkelanjutan.

Inquiry Learning Model to Improve Student's Quick Reading
Ability

Abstract
This research is based on problems related to the application of the inquiry learning model to improve students’ speed reading skills, which so far have not been activated. The aim of the research is to find a valid, effective, and practical learning model to improve students’ speed reading skills. The research method used is Gall, Gall and Borg development research. The research was conducted in a private elementary school in Medan. The learning model developed is equipped with learning tools, namely model books, lesson plans, teacher books, and student books. The product developed was carried out by individual trials, small group trials and field group trials. Furthermore, testing the effectiveness and practicality of the learning model. The research findings show: (1) the learning model developed is an inquiry learning model to improve the speed reading ability of elementary school students which consists of syntax, social system, reaction principle, support system, instructional impact and accompaniment. The learning model developed is equipped with tools, namely model books, lesson plans, teacher books, and student books. The whole set of inquiry learning models based on (2) the developed inquiry learning model is proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes, this is proven by statistical testing t-test where the value of tcount (9.98) is higher than ttable (2 .00), and (3) the developed inquiry learning model has a practicality level with a score of 3.39 in the practical category without improvement.

Abstract
The Influence Of Cooperative Learning Models On Student’s Beginning Ability In Subjects Head Of Class V Sd State 104188 Sei Sends. The results showed that there was an increase in PJOK learning outcomes for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 104188 Sei Mencirim after using the cooperative learning model for physical fitness training materials. Based on the test results in the implementation of learning with cooperative learning models, students who achieved a score of 64 by 45.45% in physical fitness exercise I increased by 31.82% to reach 77.27% in physical fitness exercise II. The increase in learning outcomes occurred after the improvement of actions in physical fitness training II, namely the teacher asked questions and gave rewards to students who could answer questions and get high scores. The action was dismissed in physical fitness II because it had reached the success criteria. The conclusion of this research is the application of the cooperative learning learning model can improve learning outcomes of fifth-grade PJOK students at SD Negeri 104188 Sei Mencirim.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of physical education students about sports injuries using the PRICES method at UPMI Medan. This research is a descriptive study, with data collection techniques using survey methods. The research instrument uses a knowledge test in the form of true-false. The population in this study was 40 students of the Physical Education Program. The data analysis technique used descriptive with percentage. The results showed that: very high category of 22.50% (9 people), high category of 35% (14 people), moderate category of 25% (10 people), low category of 13% (5 people), and very low by 5% (2 people). These results can be concluded that the knowledge of physical education program students about early handling of sports injuries using the PRICES (Protect Rest Ice Compression Elevation Support) method at UPMI Medan is in the high category.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of jamboard in increasing students’ learning motivation. The use of interactive learning media in online learning is crucial. The role of learning media is very important to support the achievement of successful teaching and learning proses. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. By using a qualitative approach, the researchers can understand, observe, analyze, and examine the implementation of jamboard in increasing students’ learning motivation. The results of the research findings are as follows: a) Jamboard application can improve student motivation which is manifested in better interactions during learning activities, b) Jamboard application can improve student learning achievement, c) foster students’ extrinsic motivation towards learning activities.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji mengenai implementasi jamboard dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dalam pembelajaran daring sangatlah krusial. Peran media pembelajaran sangat penting guna mendukung ketercapaian keberhasilan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif peneliti dapat memahami, mengamati, menganalisa, dan mengkaji tentang penerapan jamboard dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil temuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: a) Aplikasi jamboard dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa yang diwujudkan dalam interaksi selama kegiatan pembelajaran secara lebih baik, b) Aplikasi jamboard dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa, c) menumbuhkan motivasi ektrinsik peserta didik terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran.

Multimedia as a Learning Tool in Training Reading Skills of

Abstrak
Pemahaman membaca adalah aktivitas ganda yang membutuhkan berbagai proses kognitif dan linguistik untuk menyelesaikannya. Ini adalah hasil dari dua set keterampilan yaitu: decoding dan pemahaman linguistik. Ini mencakup perbedaan pemahaman membaca dan memberikan dasar yang berguna untuk mengklasifikasikan kesulitan membaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia sebagai perangkat pembelajaran dalam melatih keterampilan membaca siswa jenjang sekolah dasar (SD). Subyek penelitian ini melibatkan 30 siswa kelas 5 pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian research and development (R&D), melalui studi pengembangan Gall & Borg. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk basis data non tes dan evaluasi formatif dan sumatif untuk pengujian keefektifan media yang dikembangkan yang termasuk ke dalam kategori tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa tahapan yang meliputi; data transkripsi, verifikasi, dan pengkodean dari seluruh data baik tes dan non-tes yang telah dihimpun. Model pembelajaran diintegrasikan dengan berbagai perangkat pembelajaran (multimedia) meliputi buku siswa dan buku guru, serta rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa multimedia yang terintegrasi dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa daripada tanpa menggunakan multimedia. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan sebuah acuan mendasar terkait untuk berpikir tentang pemahaman membaca dan pertumbuhannya dengan menekankan pada pentingnya decoding dalam belajar membaca.

Abstract
Reading comprehension is a dual activity that requires various cognitive and linguistic processes to complete. This is the result of two skill sets namely: decoding and linguistic comprehension. It covers the differences in reading comprehension and provides a useful basis for classifying reading difficulties. This study aims to develop multimedia as a learning tool in training the reading skills of elementary school students. The subjects of this study involved 30 grade 5 students at the elementary school level. This research uses a research and development (R&D) approach, through a Gall & Borg development study. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and observations for non-test databases and formative and summative evaluations for testing the effectiveness of the developed media which were included in the test category. The data analysis technique used in this study uses several stages which include; transcription, verification, and coding data from all test and non-test data that have been collected. The learning model is integrated with various learning tools (multimedia) including student and teacher books, as well as lesson plans (RPP). Based on the data obtained, it is known that multimedia integrated with the inquiry learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes than without using multimedia. The findings of this study provide a fundamental reference for thinking about reading comprehension and its growth by emphasizing the importance of decoding in reading.

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the letter ball media on early childhood reading. research that uses Pre-Experimental Designs The form of design used is One-Grouppretest-Posttest Design, in this study there is a group that is treated, then intends to compare the situation before and after being treated. This study uses observation and data collection. The population in this study were all TA’DIBiyah Kindergarten children, Kec. Patumbak totaling 30 children 5-6 years old consisting of 19 boys and 11 girls. that through the Letter Ball Media activities it can affect the reading ability of early childhood children aged 5-6 years in Ta’dibiyah Kindergarten compared to learning before the Media Ball Letter activity. In developing the reading ability of early childhood, interesting learning can be given through Letter Ball Media to children. Media Ball Letters are considered appropriate, interesting and fun according to the character of early childhood

Abstrak
Artikel ini mengkaji pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap kemampuan kognitif dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik. Artikel ini menjelaskan peran variabel hubungan guru-siswa dan penilaian pembelajaran dalam mendorong munculnya motivasi belajar siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 135 guru kelas 5 dan 6 di 17 sekolah dasar di wilayah Polonia Medan, Indonesia. Analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap asosiasi belajar dan evaluasi kinerja siswa melalui motivasi belajar dan kemampuan kognitif dengan korelasi yang signifikan (p < 0,05). Hasil dari artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa merupakan perantara yang mempengaruhi kemampuan kognitif dan kinerja akademik siswa di kelas.

Abstrak
This article examines the effect of cognitive knowledge and skills on academic performance. This study describes the role of teacher-student relationship variables and learning assessments in promoting the emergence of learning in motivating the awareness of students at the primary school level. The data used were primary data collected from 135 teachers of 5th and 6th grade at 17 elementary schools in Medan Polonia region of Medan, Indonesia. Structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis has shown a positive impact on learning association and evaluation of student performance through learning awareness and cognitive ability with significant correlation (p <0.05). The results of this study showed that student awareness of learning is an intermediary that influences students’ cognitive ability and academic performance in the classroom.

Abstract
This research method was quantitative approach. The population of this study was the fifth grade students from 32 participating students at SDN 060880. In this study a proportional random sampling formula was used. For collecting the data, it used surveys on learning opportunities and student motivation in schools. Analysis of research data used simple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) the significance value was 0.030; because 0.030 < 0.05 H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, from a learning institution. (2) R yields 0.210, ie. the low relationship between learning opportunities at school and motivation (3) The coefficient of determination (R2) 0.044 indicates this contribution of the influence of the independent variable is 4.4%. It indicates that 4.4% of students’ learning motivation was influenced by the institution. Meanwhile, learning at school, 95.6% is influenced by factors outside of school as discussed in the study.

Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas lima dari 32 siswa berpartisipasi di SDN 060880. Pada penelitian ini digunakan rumus sampling acak proporsional. Untuk pengumpulan data, itu menggunakan survei tentang peluang belajar dan motivasi siswa di sekolah. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) nilai signifikansi 0,030; Karena 0,030 < 0,05 H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, dari lembaga pembelajaran. (2) R menghasilkan 0,210, yaitu hubungan yang rendah diantara kesempatan belajar di sekolah dan motivasi (3) Koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,044 menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas sebesar 4,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 4,4% motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh institusinya Sedangkan pembelajaran di sekolah, 95,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor di luar sekolah. dibahas dalam penelitian.

ABSTRAK
Peningkatan kemampuan belajar lempar tangkap bola dalam pola bermain kasti dengan pendekatan bermain bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas V SD No. 014671 Sentang Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, metode tindakan kelas (class room action research) dengan memberikan perlakuan berupa bentuk permainan. Hasil penelitian Peningkatan kemampuan belajar lempar tangkap bola dalam pola bvermain kasti dengan pendekatan bermain bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas V SD No. 014671 Sentang Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022, dengan nilai KKM 75 siswa tuntas belajar pada siklus I dengan diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 78.83%. Sesuai dengan KKM yang telah ditentukan untuk siswa dengan kategori tuntas dalam belajar sebanyak 35 orang, sedangkan siswa dengan kategori belum tuntas dalam belajar sebanyak 1 orang. Untuk presentase nilai klasikal siswa dari 36 orang dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan siswa sebesar 80.5%.

ABSTRACT
Improving the learning outcomes of throwing and catching balls in baseball games through a play approach to V SD No. 014671 Sentang Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 Academic Year. The research method used in this study is the method of class action (class room action research) by giving the form of a game. The results of the research efforts to Improving the learning outcomes of throwing and catching balls in baseball games through a play approach to V SD No. 014671 Sentang Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022, with a KKM score of 70 students who completed learning in the first cycle with an average of 78.83%. In accordance with the KKM that has been determined for students with a complete category in learning as many as 35 people, while students with an incomplete category in learning are 1 person. For the percentage of students’ classical grades of 36 people with an average total value of 80.5% students.

Teacher Professional Development in Indonesia’s Remote
Areas with Driven Educational Philanthropic Institutions

Abstrak
Tiga masalah utama pendidikan di pelosok Indonesia: kebijakan, sumber daya manusia, dan pendanaan, masih mengakar hingga saat ini. Perhatian pemerintah yang tidak merata terhadap sekolah-sekolah terpencil membuat kualitas pendidikan menjadi buruk. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dan sebagai upaya mendukung program pemerintah, Tanoto Foundation digerakkan dengan mendanai sekolah-sekolah terpencil dan pelatihan bagi para guru untuk mengembangkan profesionalisme mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Tanoto Foundation mendukung pengembangan profesional guru di daerah terpencil dan bagaimana kegiatan program fasilitasi dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif dengan penggalian data menggunakan dokumen program filantropi dan wawancara dengan guru dan fasilitator di tiga provinsi. Hasil yang didorong oleh Tanoto Foundation difokuskan pada dukungan dana dalam penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, serta program fasilitasi pelatihan ‘KKN’ bagi para guru. Bentuk kegiatan fasilitasi seperti Pelita Guru Mandiri dan program PINTAR telah melatih banyak guru dan menghasilkan berbagai metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menyenangkan, serta produk pembelajaran yang dipamerkan pada Education Expo. Hasil yang disumbangkan oleh lembaga filantropi tidak hanya didorong oleh pendanaan tetapi juga oleh pengembangan profesionalisme guru yang masih rendah dan kurang mendapat perhatian.

ABSTRACT The three main problems of education in Indonesia’s remote areas: policy, human resources, and funding, are still deeply rooted today. The government’s unequal attention to remote schools makes the quality of education worse. To overcome this and as an effort to support government programs, the Tanoto Foundation has been driven by funding remote schools and training for teachers to develop their professionalism. This study aims to analyze how the Tanoto Foundation supports the professional development of teachers in remote areas and how the facilitation program activities are carried out. This research uses a qualitative case study approach by extracting data using philanthropic program documents and interviews with teachers and facilitators in three provinces. The results that the driven by Tanoto Foundation are focused on funding support in the provision of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the ‘Service-Learning’ training facilitation program for teachers. Forms of facilitation activities such as Pelita Guru Mandiri and the PINTAR program have trained many teachers and produced various innovative and fun learning methods, as well as learning products that were exhibited at the Education Expo. The results contribute philanthropic institutions are driven not only by funding but also by the development of teacher professionalism, which is still low and does not receive attention.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the development of a picture and picture learning model for locomotor motion material for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 060890. The research method used by researchers is the Research and Development method. Research and development (R&D) is a basic research activity to obtain information on user needs (needs assessment), then proceed with development activities to produce products and examine the effectiveness of these products (Sugiyono, 2014). Based on the table presented on the previous page, it can be seen that the total score achieved by the teacher in learning through locomotor motion using the picture and picture model with media images at meetings is 35 with Enough criteria. It can be seen in the table, at the meeting that the teacher’s skills have not achieved success according to the indicators set. Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengembangan model pembelajaran picture and picture terhadap materi gerak lokomotor siswa kelas V SD Negeri 060924. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian pengembangan atau research and development (R&D) adalah aktifitas riset dasar untuk mendapatkan informasi kebutuhan pengguna (needs assessment), kemudian dilanjutkan kegiatan pengembangan (development) untuk menghasilkan produk dan mengkaji keefektifan produk tesebut (Sugiyono, 2014). Berdasarkan tabel yang tersaji pada halaman sebelumnya, dapat diketahui bahwa jumlah skor yang dicapai guru dalam pembelajaran melalui gerak lokomotor menggunakan model picture and picture dengan media gambar pada pertemuan adalah sebesar 35 dengan kriteria Cukup. Tampak dalam tabel, pada pertemuan keterampilan guru belum mencapai keberhasilan sesuai indikator yang ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu, pada pertemuan selanjutnya peneliti harus mampu melaksanakan perbaikan-perbaikan dalam pembelajaran menggunakan strategi menulis puisi menggunakan model picture and picture dengan media gambar. Cara yang efektif agar siswa terhindar dari tekanan adalah dengan permainan batu gunting kertas atau melempar bola sambil bernyanyi kelinci dan berhentinya bola itulah yang maju ke depan untuk menunjukan gambar dan menirukan gerakannya. Setelah itu, tahap eksplorasi. Pada tahap ini guru membentuk kelompok diskusi untuk membahas gerak lokomotor berdasarkan gambar yang ditampilkan. Guru membentuk kelompok ini agar menarik. pada kreasinya, bisa dibuat kelompok dengan nama–nama hewan. Dan kelompok tersebut menirukan gerak berdasarkan nama hewan tersebut. Selanjutnya, guru memberikan evaluasi pembelajaran. Guru memanggil siswa satu persatu untuk menirukan apa yang gambar tunjukan oleh guru. Terakhir, guru dan siswa melakukan refleksi pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini untuk mendapatkan respon siswa terhadap materi yang telah dilaksanakan.

Listening Behavior of The Library’s Staffs In Responding Visitor’s Queries

Abstrak
Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang perilaku mendengarkan dua puluh satu pegawai Perpustakaan Umum berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, dan respon mendengarkan non-verbal mereka seperti tetap mendengarkan atau tidak, tersenyum, dan memberikan tanggapan seperti menjawab pertanyaan pengunjung. apakah jawabannya panjang atau tidak. Hasilnya, pegawai perpustakaan yang mendengarkan sekitar 47% lulusan diploma. Berdasarkan usia mereka, sebagian besar berusia 46-55 tahun sekitar 54% mendengarkan permintaan pengunjung. Respon staf yang tersenyum saat menjawab pertanyaan hampir sama untuk semua kategori, dan untuk usia 46-55 tahun ada 4 orang yang tersenyum, yaitu 50% dari total yang tersenyum pada kategori usia. Dengan memberikan jawaban panjang, diploma memiliki 4 orang (57%). Pada kategori umur 35-45 tahun dan 46-55 tahun memiliki hasil yang sama dari total yang menjawab panjang. Sebagai bahan pertimbangan, staf yang bergelar sarjana hanya ada 3 orang, artinya pada kategori pendidikan semua staf bergelar sarjana mendengarkan pertanyaan pengunjung dan memberikan jawaban panjang yang ditanggapi.

Abstract
This research analyses about listening behavior of twenty-one staffs of Public Library based on their sex, ages, educations, and their non-verbal listening respond such as they keep listening or not, smiling, and give feedback like answering the question of the visitor whether it was long answer or not. As the results, the library’s staffs who listened about 47% graduated from diploma. Based on their age, mostly at 46-55 years old around 54% listened to the visitor’s query. The staffs who gave smiling respond while answering the question were similar for all categories, and for age at 46-55 years there are 4 person who smiled, it was 50% from the total who smiled in the age category. By giving long answer, diploma has 4 persons (57%). In age category 35-45 years old and 46-55 years old, have the same result from the total who gave long answered. For consideration, the staffs who have bachelor degree there were only 3 persons, it means in the education categories all of bachelor degree staffs listened to the visitor’s queries and gave long answer responded.

Abstract
This research is a descriptive research type with a research objective to determine the level of physical fitness of PJKR UPMI Medan students for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is qualitative research using test observation sheets and measurements in collecting data and using 25 PJKR UPMI Medan students. This study obtained the results of the physical fitness level test for PJKR UPMI Medan semester one students. The scores had a good score category with 14 students (56%) of the total 25 respondents. Thus, the results of the physical fitness level test for PJKR UPMI Medan Semester 1 student after the Covid-19 Pandemic can be categorized as Good.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk melihat efektivitas atau pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMKN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat baik. Hal ini dikarenakan jadwal sekolah dan pengarahan yang baik, kepala sekolah motivasi terhadap pengajar, dan kepala sekolah memperhatikan ketersediaan wahana pembelajaran termasuk sarana teknologi di sekolah.

Abstract
The study aims to determine the development of blended learning based on the results of learning English in the PJKR study program. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental. The quasi-experimental method is different from the actual experiment. In the quasi-experimental method, there is a control group. The sampling technique used in this research is cluster sampling, also called group sampling. Data collection is the most important part of research. Effective and complete data determine the quality of the researchers. In this study, the researchers used the learning achievement test technique, test, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the research that had been done, the size of the concentration and distribution of the pretest result data for the experimental group were: the largest score was 75 and the smallest score was 36, the mean (mean) was 51.67, the median was 52, the mode was 40.5 and the standard deviation was 11.91. While the post-test data results, the highest score was 91 and the lowest score was 45, the mean (mean) was 72.8, the median was 76.9, the mode was 77.6, and the standard deviation was 15.58. So, the objectives to be achieved in the learning design have been implemented, and the blended learning model is able to influence student learning outcomes in English.

Abstract
People cannot attain a communicative goal unless their words adress specific cultural or contextual challenges. Thus, language is viewed as a social tool to asist humans in conveying meaning; but, this meaning cannot be obtained of words are conveyed in isolation. As a result, we require contexts or settings in which more phrases and words can be placed in order for listeners or readers to comprehend the meaning behind utterances and words. By applying halliday’s systemic functional linguistics theory, this study aims to observe one of three types of meanings, it was ideational meanings. If focuses on language which is used by people in both types of local and regional newspapers to convey information or messages about the experiences of the speakers. Each speaker used different clauses which contained dependent and independent clauses that we call clause complex. To analyze the aspect of projection; Hypotactic locution, paratactic locution, hypotactic idea, paratactic idea, and quasi-projection which were used or appeared in Indonesian newspaper’ story texts. The significance of the study is to improve students’ linguistic knowledge and their writing skill by mastering text structures

Abstract
The application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teaching and learning activities has a major influence in improving the quality of education, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 as it is today. Classpoint is a learning platform that supports IT-based learning activities. This study aims to determine the application of Classpoints in learning English at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Karanganyar on elevent grade in the academic year 2021/2022. The research approach is qualitative research, case study research. The method that used to collect data is observation, interviews, and documentation. The methods used to analyze the data are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data used data triangulation, method triangulation, and source triangulation. The results of research on the three subjects can be seen that the application of classpoint is very effective for learning English

Abstract
The COVID-19 caused the teaching learning proces into emergency remote teaching. It is make the students must study from home. Multimodality is an emergent phenomenon that may influence how digital learning is designed. By the Multimodal the teacher and the students can study well, eventhough they are at home. Multimodal employed in highly interactive and immersive learning environments. In this research, the author investigates and analyzes the multimodal theory and proposes an effective way to teach English in higher education under the multimodal vision. This study aims to analyze the multimodal approach theory and proposes an effective way to teach English in higher education under the multimodal vision. The instrument used by the writer in this research is a questioner and interview To verify the student’s respons, the researcher do interview. The questioner is sent by G-form. The data was analyze from the result of the questionnaire regarding the respondent’s interest in learn English. There are 47 respondents. The respondents or 93.7 % were attracted to learn English by Multimodal Approach. It means that the Multimodal Approach help to improve the quality of English language teaching in higher education institutions. The students can understand through a multimodal approach to teaching English Online in Higher Education during the covid-19.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif (eksperimen), dengan jenis one-group pretest dan posttest design. Dengan bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media animasi terhadap kemampaun senam irama anak usia dini. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Eria beralamat Jalan Sisingamangraja No. 195, kecamatan Medan Kota. Adapun waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dimulai tanggal 10 Januari sampai 12 Juni 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang yang di bagi menjadi kelas control dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian pengaruh media vidio animasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan senam irama anak kelompok B yaitu dilakukan pada penelitian tahap perbandingan data sebelum diberikan media vidio animasi (pre-test) dan sesudah diberikan media vidio animasi (post-test). Hal ini dilakukan pada 6 kali pertemuan dengan pertemuan pertama adalah perkenalan dan pertemuan kedua menjelaskan menerapakan media vidio animasidan memberikan kegiatan berdasarkan senam irama anak kelompok B, kemudian dilakukan observasi awal untuk mengumpulkan data sebelum dilakukan media vidio animasi dan setelalah diberikan media vidio animasi dengan instrumen penilaian yang sudah disediakan. Berdasarkan pehitungan uji hipotesis diatas dapat dilihat dan diperoleh nilai thitung = 4,914 dan karena dk = n-1 maka dk = 15-1=14 dan taraf nyata = 0,05 sehingga didapat ttabel yaitu 1,761. Dapat di simpulkan thitung > ttabel = 4,914 > 1,761 dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan itu dinyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikasi pada penggunaan media video animasi terhadap kemampuan senam irama anak usia dini kecamatan Medan Kota Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract
This study aims to The research method used in this research is quantitative research (experimental), with the type of one-group pretest-posttest design. With the aim of knowing the effect of the use of animation media on the ability of early childhood rhythmic gymnastics. This research was conducted at Eria Kindergarten with the address Jalan Karya Jaya, Medan Johor District. The time for the research to be carried out is in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year, starting from June 6 to June 22, 2022. The population in this study were 35 children in group B. The results of the research on the influence of Video Animation Media to increase the scientific abilities of group B children were carried out in the data comparison stage before being given Video Animation Media (pre-test) and after being given Video Animation Media (post-test). tests). This was carried out in 6 meetings with the first meeting being an introduction and the second meeting explaining the material properties of water and providing activities based on group B children’s rhythmic gymnastics, then conducting initial observations to collect data before conducting Video Animation Media and after being given Video Animation Media with assessment instruments that have been provided. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test above, it can be seen that the tcount = 4.914 and because dk = n-1then dk = 15-1 = 14 and the real level = 0.05 so that the ttable is 1.761. It can be concluded that tcount > ttable = 4.914 > 1.761 thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with it being stated that there is a significant influence on the use of animated video media on the ability of early childhood rhythmic gymnastics in the Medan Johor sub-district for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.
