Abstract
Job satisfaction is an important concern for every organization to be able to increase teacher productivity and maximum work, the emergence of job satisfaction comes from the teacher’s feelings towards work that are felt to be in accordance with the values given by the organization, of course in growing job satisfaction it is important for organizations to be able to increase commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study was conducted with the aim of knowing how the effect of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teacher job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with the help of IBM SPSS version 25, the validity and reliability of the research instrument were tested, the respondents in this study were 71 respondents using the census method which took the entire population as as ample and collected data using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the organizational commitment variable (X1aninfluence on teacher job satisfaction (Y1), this can be seen from the t-test hypothesis testing in the eyes of Tarithmetic > Ttable (2.354>1.995) and the significant level is less than 0.05, namely (0.021 <0.05), the variable organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (X2) has an influence on job satisfaction (Y1), this can be seen based on the results of the t test, namely Tcount> Ttable (5.413>1.995) and a significant level that is less than 0.05, namely (0.000 <0.05), organizational commitment variables (X1 )and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (X2) on job satisfaction (Y1 simultaneous effect on job satisfaction. (Y1), this can be known based on the F test, namely Fcount > Ftable (19.656 > 3.13) and the significant level is less than 0.05, namely (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract
Humans are the brightest creatures created by God Almighty above all other creations. Therefore there needs to be a way to make it easier to manage human resources. In managing human resources, good abilities are necessary for understanding these human resources as the formulation of the problem in this study aims to determine how the application of heat management and the benefits felt by the students and congregations who apply it, which is then analyzed and described the application of heart management and its uses in their daily lives. To find out the answer to the formulation of the problem, the researcher took the object of research to the students and congregation of the Sahlul Manal Islamic Boarding School. After collecting data through interviewing, observing, and then documenting, the information obtained was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques to describe the facts found related to this research. From the study results, it can be concluded that the implementation of heart management at the Sahlul Manal Islamic Boarding School is to fill the heart with dhikr, remembering Allah with the hope that the soul is always in a clean state. The benefits felt by the students and congregation are that they get a peaceful life, are more patient and sincere, and are afraid to commit immorality to God.

Abstrak
Manusia merupakan makhluk tercerdas yang diciptakan oleh TuhanYang Maha Esa melebihi ciptaan yang lainnya. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya cara agar dapat lebih mudah dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia. Dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki, dibutuhkan kemampuan yang baik dalam memahami sumber daya manusia tersebut. Setelah mengumpulkan data dengan melalui proses wawancara, observasi kemudian dokumentasi, maka dilakukan analisis informasi yang didapatkan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan fakta-fakta yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan manajemen kalbu di Pondok Pesantren Sahlul Manal adalah dengan mengisi hati dengan dzikir mengingat Allah dengan harapan hati tersebut selalu dalam keadaan yang bersih. Manfaat yang dirasakan oleh santri serta jamaah adalah mereka mendapatkan ketentraman hidup, lebih sabar dan ikhlas serta takut berbuat maksiat kepada Allah.

Abstract
In an institution or school, every teacher or teacher has a very important role in determining success in education. Therefore, teachers at least have pedagogic competence, professional competence, social competence and pedagogic competence. Given the importance of the role of the principal teacher as well as helping in solving problems or obstacles experienced by teachers, principals can also carry out supervision so that they know how the results of each teacher’s assessment are. Supervision is a coaching activity planned to assist teachers and other school staff in carrying out their work effectively. Not only supervision, but the professional competence of teachers is no less important in helping teachers or in improving teacher performance. Professional competence itself means the ability to master the learning material broadly and deeply. In every institution certainly wants the best for the progress of the institution, principals and teachers must also have made efforts to improve performance. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the supervision of the principal and the professional competence of teachers, because both are very influential in improving teacher performance.

Abstrak
Dalam suatu lembaga atau sekolah setiap pengajar atau guru sangat penting perannya untuk menentukan keberhasilan dalam pendidikan. Maka dari itu guru setidaknya memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi professional, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi pedagogik. Mengingat pentingnya peranan guru kepala sekolah juga turut membantu dalam memecahkan masalah atau kendala yang dialami oleh guru, kepala sekolah juga bisa melaksanakan supervisi agar tau bagaimana hasil peilaian setiap guru. Supervisi adalah suatu aktivitas pembinaan yang direncanakan untuk membantu para guru dan pegawai sekolah lainnya dalam melaksanakan keprjaan mereka secara efektif. Tidak hanya supervisi saja tetapi kompetensi professional guru juga tidak kalah pentingnya dalam membantu guru atau dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kompetensi profesional itu sendiri artinya kemampuan penguasaan materi pembelajaran scara luas dan mendalam. Dalam setiap lembaga pastinya menginginkan yang terbaik untuk kmajuan lembaganya, kepala sekolah dan guru juga pasti sudah berupaya dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya perhatian khusus terhadap supervise kepala sekolah dan kompetensi professional guru, karena keduanya sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the allocation of capital expenditures and social assistance expenditures before and during the election of regional heads. This study uses the Wilcoxon test as a non-parametric test. The results showed that the proportion of capital expenditure and social assistance expenditure during the election was not greater than the proportion of capital expenditure and social assistance expenditure before the election. However, the proportion of capital expenditure during the election was not different from before the election.

KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH PT. JASA

Abstract
The problem in this research is “How can determined service quality faced customer satisfaction PT. Jasa Raharja“. Method of dat analysis in this research that is descriptive and quantitative methods. In this case case the outhor uses simple linear regression statistical analysis that generates output test. Data processing was performed using SPSS for windows 20.00. The result of this study to show values obtained regression is Y =6.775 + 0,681X, it`s meansatisfaction customer will be valued at 6.775 when the quality of service value is 0 and 0.681 states that an increase of the one unit service quality will increase customer satisfaction by 0,681% and tcount>ttabel (9.295>1.966), then Ha accepted and Ho rejected. The conclution that service quality have a significant effect to customer satisfaction. According to the table R Obtained by the determined of service quality faced customer satisfaction is bout 0,542 for 54.2%.

Abstrak
Permasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah ;Bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT. Jasa Raharja; Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif. Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana yang menghasilkan output uji t. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 20.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Nilai regresi yang diporela adalah Y = 6.775 + 0,681X, diartikan bahwa kepuasan nasabah akan bernilai 6,775 saat kualitas pelayanan nilainya adalah 0 dan 0,681 menyatakan bahwa kenaikan satu satuan kualitas pelayanan akan meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah 0,681 dan nilaithitung>9.295ttabel>1.996) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Berdasarkan Uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh R diperoleh besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 0,542 atau sebesar 5,42%.

Abstrak
Artikel ini meneliti tentang motivasi kerja guru yang dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi kepala sekolah dan komitmen organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatussalam Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, yang kedua menganalisis besarnya pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatussalam Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dan yang ketiga untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survey, membagikan kuesioner kepada 44 orang yang terpilih menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian hipotesis pertama diperoleh kompetensi kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005. Berdasarkan nilai signifikan tersebut, menunjukan bahwa lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 0,05, sehingga variabel kompetensi kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Hasil hipotesis kedua variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru dan hasil dari hipotesis terakhir secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru yang memiliki indikator pengetahuan, keterampilan, sistem penetapan, pengalaman, kemampuan praktis dan pengembangan sebesar 55,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract :
TCompliance is one of the important factors in increasing revenue from the tax sector. Indonesia’s low tax ratio is an indicator that there are still many taxpayers who do not comply with tax payments and reporting. The study examines how the relationship between the timeliness of SPT reporting and reported income in accordance with applicable regulations on taxpayer compliance. The method is causality research method. The population are registered taxpayers at the KPP North Malang area. The sampling uses convenience sampling method with a total of 75 respondents. The results of hypothesis testing with multiple linear analysis show that together there is a positive relationship between the timeliness of reporting tax returns and income reported in accordance with applicable regulations on taxpayer compliance. The results of the Spearman correlation test show that there is a significant relationship between the timeliness of reporting tax returns with taxpayer compliance and there is a significant relationship between reported income in accordance with applicable regulations and taxpayer compliance.

Abstract
The problems in this research are, How big is the influence of partial teacher competence through its dimensions on improving the quality of graduates at SMP Negeri Kisaran, Asahan Regency, How much influence does the teacher’s work motivation partially through its dimensions have on improving the quality of graduates at SMPN, Asahan Regency and how big is the influence of teacher competence and teacher work motivation simultaneously through its dimensions on improving the quality of graduates at SMPN Asahan. The influence of teacher competence and teacher work motivation simultaneously through its dimensions on improving the quality of graduates at SMPN, Asahan. Research results: The results of the descriptive analysis of respondents showed that the respondents’ responses to teacher competence were included in the good/medium category, namely 44%. Responses to work motivation are included in the good category by 38%. The response to the quality of graduates is included in the good category by 44%. Simultaneously, teacher competence and work motivation have a significant influence on the quality of graduates as evidenced by the SPSS 16.00 program, it can be seen that the calculated F value is 8.034 with sig. of 0.001 (p > 0.05). While the contribution of the variable Teacher Competence and Work Motivation to the quality of graduates is 0.327, which means the contribution of the variance provided by Teacher Competence and Work Motivation to the quality of graduates is 32.7%, while the remaining 67.3% is influenced by other variants outside the model.

Abstract
This study aims to determine how much influence planning has on teacher performance in public elementary schools throughout Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. Knowing how much influencers teachers’ performance in SD Negeri in Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. Knowing how much influence planning and organization have on teacher performance in Public Elementary Schools in Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is categorized as field research, namely research carried out in the arena or field where symptoms occur. The results of this study were planning on teacher performance of 0.245 or 24.5%. These results indicate that the planning variable has a low influence on teacher performance in public elementary schools throughout Pagar Merbau District Deli Serdang Regency by 0.245 or 24.5%. Organization of 0.712 or 71.2%. These results indicate that the organizing variable has a strong influence on teacher performance of 0.712 or 71.2%. Planning and organizing on teacher performance is 0.746 or 74.6%, which means that we can conclude from the third hypothesis that it is proven that there is a strong influence between the two independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk engetahui seberapa besar pengaruh perencanaan terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri se Kecamatan Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengorganisasian terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri se Kecamatan Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh perencanaan dan pengorganisasian terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri se Kecamatan Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian ini dikategorikan penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan di kancah atau medan terjadinya gejala. Hasil penelitian ini perencanaan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,245 atau 24,5%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variable perencanaan memiliki pengaruh rendah terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri se Kecamatan Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang sebesar 0,245 atau 24,5%. Pengorganisasian sebesar 0,712 atau 71,2%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengorganisasian memiliki pengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,712 atau 71,2%. Perencanaan dan pengorganisasian terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,746 atau 74,6% yang artinya dapat kita simpulkan terhadap hipotesis ketiga adalah terbukti terdapat pengaruh kuat antara kedua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat.

Principal leadership has an important role in running educational institutions. The principal is not only a management but also a role model for members of the organization trough a good leadership model or style. This research looks for gaps in previous research that have not been researched. Apart from that, this research aims to find out and analyze the influence of achievement motivation on teacher work effectiveness and analize the principal’s leadership style and achievement motivation on effectiveness. Teacher work simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method with a population and sample of 33 people, in selecting the sample using non probability sampling with the census method. The data used is primary data obtained trough questionnaires which were distributed and filled in directly by the respondents and it was obtained that partial and simultaneous research results showed that leardership style and achievement motivation had a positive and significant influence on teacher work effectiveness

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh pelatihan dan kesesuaian antara karakteristik individu (person-job fit) terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru di era digital dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Di tengah transformasi pendidikan oleh teknologi digital, penting untuk memahami bagaimana pelatihan dan kesesuaian individu dengan tuntutan pekerjaan berperan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala madrasah guru berpengalaman dari berbagai latar belakang di Madrasah Aliyah. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam memperkaya pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pemahaman guru terhadap penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Guru-guru yang mengikuti pelatihan melaporkan peningkatan kemampuan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan teknologi dan mengoptimalkan potensi pengajaran di era digital. Selain itu, kesesuaian karakteristik individu dengan tugas-tugas pekerjaan di era digital juga mempengaruhi bagaimana guru dapat lebih efektif mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pendidikan.Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi antara pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu dan tingkat kesesuaian dengan tuntutan pekerjaan dapat secara positif mempengaruhi kompetensi guru di era digital. Temuan ini memberi sumbangan penting bagi perkembangan strategi pengembangan profesional yang lebih baik dalam mendukung guru dalam menghadapi perubahan pendidikan yang disebabkan oleh teknologi.

Abstak
Intense competition in the business world requires companies to be able to develop their businesses continuously innovate and make new breakthroughs. This research aims to examine variables that influence purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction, namely location and price variables to increase sales volume. This research uses quantitative methods using primary data. The sampling method used in this research is a non-probability sampling method, with the Accidental Sampling technique which is a technique for determining samples by chance. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents. The results of the T model 1 test can be seen in Table 4.22, namely with a beta coefficient value of 0.471 which shows a positive direction with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. This shows that location (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y1). The second hypothesis proposed in this research states that sales volume moderates the relationship between location and purchasing decisions at the Simpang Tiga Tanjung Morawa Restaurant. The test results can be seen in the location variable, the parameter coefficient value is 3.594 with a significance value of 0.002. The interaction variable X1 obtained a parameter coefficient of -0.070 with a significance value of 0.007. Future researchers can retest consistency or add new variables that were not examined in this research.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the efforts made by the board of the Diponegoro Shelter and Learning Center to carry out a mental revolution in street children in learning Islamic education. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The subject of this research took the Shelter and Learning House Diponegoro Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Research Results 1) Efforts made by the administrators of Diponegoro Halfway House and Learning to carry out a mental revolution to prepare the golden generation of street children is one of them by providing an example for street children both in and out house. 2) Learning Islamic education is focused on moral formation and discipline in carrying out tasks and schedule of activities. The next research recommendation is how the process of Islamic education with a phenomenological approach in depth. The limitation of this research was that the research interviews were not optimal.
